Swiss Centers China is a non-profit organization serving the Swiss economy.

Founded in 2000 as a Swiss-Chinese, public-private partnership, SCC supports Swiss companies in business set-up, expansion and operations in China with industrial and office facilities in Shanghai, Tianjin and Beijing. SCC is by far the largest cluster of Swiss companies in Asia, with 30 Swiss companies established in Shanghai Xinzhuang Industrial Park and 20 under one roof in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone.

The intern will:

• Support in preparation of marketing materials and company documents

• Support in organization of events, delegation programs and receiving visitors

• Maintain SCS contact database including business card inputs and updates

• Support in SCS online marketing development

• Support in Administration tasks (administrative paperwork, contacts  with local bureaus, gathering information, official letters,  translations, office facilities management, etc.)

Please  note that this vacancy based in Shanghai Waigaoqiao (Line 12 Shenjiang Road) and is available as a full- or  part- time position. For part-time candidates, we’d love for you to  commit a minimum of 3 days per week.
