Job Description (JD):
We are seeking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Agile Coach team within the China Channel & Ecosystem department. As a student worker, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in agile methodologies and contribute to the successful implementation of agile practices within our organization. This position is ideal for a student who is interested in learning about agile frameworks, processes, tools, and who is eager to develop skills in coaching and facilitating agile practices.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand agile methodologies, principles, and frameworks (such as Scrum or Kanban) under the guidance of experienced Agile Coaches.
- Assist the Agile Coaches in organizing and facilitating agile ceremonies and events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote agile values, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and support the adoption of agile practices.
- Aid in the development and maintenance of agile artifacts, such as user stories, product backlogs, and visual boards, to enhance team collaboration and transparency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to agile methodologies and share relevant insights with the Agile Coach team.
Requirements:
- Current enrollment as a student in a relevant degree/courses, preferably in Business/Management, Psychology, Computer Science, Information System Management, or related fields.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in the field of agile methodologies, with little or no prior experience required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at various levels of the organization.
- Good organizing skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in performing assigned tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team, taking initiative to complete tasks and solve problems.
- Familiarity with basic project management concepts and tools is a plus.
- Basic analytical skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
Note: Training and guidance will be provided to support the student worker, by a mentor in acquiring necessary knowledge and skills related to agile coaching.
