OBJECTIVES

Wellington College International Shanghai is looking for an experienced candidate to cover the position of Marketing Intern. This is a great opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of marketing activities while working with a fantastic team. The marketing team works with a diverse audience including pupils, parents, faculty/ staff and the wider Wellington community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

·       Make phone calls to the daily leads and keep record

·       Support Admissions Officers to transfer the eligible leads into enquires

·       Provide Admissions Hotline Support

·       Support Admissions visit and event

·       Support Admissions Officers to file applications and documents

·       Input data into Admissions database accurately

·       Provide overall office, administrative and Admissions support on an as-needed basis

Personal Qualification:

·       Communications and / or Customer Service experience or course work

·       Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

·       Familiar with MS Office Suite

·       Ability to multi-task, take initiative and prioritize effectively

·       Work well as part of a diverse team

·       Ability to take direction and absorb information

·       Native Mandarin speaker with effective communication and interpersonal skills written and verbal English
