Responsibility:
Perform multifaceted general office support such as:
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages
Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys
Manage staff expenses and travel schedules using the standard Company systems
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
Collect and maintain PC inventory, if applicable
Manage incoming calls
Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules
Meet and greet clients and visitors
Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors
Support staff in assigned project based work
Provide office orientation for new employees
Other duties as assigned
Request:
Fluent English in writing and speaking
Dependable and accurate; with effective problem-solving skills and being a good team player.
Willing to learn and good at dealing with multi-tasks
Good communication skills
Work in details and be able to work under pressure
Good MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
At least 3 full days a week
