Requirement:
- Major in Banking, Accounting, Economics will be a plus;
- Good at PPT and Excel, proficient in written English;
- Good communications skills, and quick learner;
- With career passion towards banking industry.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Monitor transaction volume and qualities.
- Support the customer service activities, including token replacement, user unlock and etc.
- Conduct post-implementation review for improvements both with customer and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and analyze implementation reports for periodic business review.
