1-Vendor master and customer master maintenance. Work with various departments to gather data that is required when creating or changing vendor or customer master and keep good documentations;

2-Prescriber maintenance. Work with optometrists to create/update provider number in Focus.

3-Article maintenance. Deal with daily requests from product/planning department to update basic article master.

4-Label maintenance. Process product requests for description and price change for existing products and managing the re-labelling of products in SAP with the Distribution Centres.

5-Validate the information within the system that will allow articles to be traded and manufactured, cost, shipped properly.

6-Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Experience:

-Fluent Oral and Written English with CET-6 or above;

-Good interpersonal and communication skill;

-Fast learner and willing to learn;

-Fluent in using MS software especially (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) is a plus
