Major Responsibilities:
1.paperwork (prepare some documents) and filling
2.support on work permit & residence permit application for foreigners
· Communicate to foreigner
· Work with immigration agency Prepare related documents
· Maintain the permit data and filling
3.support on relocation payment/ rental payments
4.maintain and keep the accuracy of the expat related data in HR database
5.other related routine/ administration work
Knowledge/ skills/ competence
working time: At least 3 days per weeks, for 6 months
Fluent in written and spoken English Good communication skills both written and verbal
Good organization skills, detail oriented proactive work attitude and Consumer-Service Orientation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Document like Word and Excel
