Responsibilities:
Improve Operation team’s working efficiency by all kinds of means
Prepare required information before meeting and well follow up the actions after meeting
Manage Operation’s reports, documentation, files, etc
Organize team building activities via planning, budgeting, execution and summary
Collect feedback from all levels as input for continuous improvement
Support all kinds of Operation related activities like CIP, Learning Club, etc
Well finish all tasks/projects assigned by supervisor
